My husband and I had such a horrible experience with Indagare. There were so many things that went wrong throughout the process of planning our honeymoon. Our budget was totally ignored and it seemed as if the representatives only suggested very expensive accommodations that they had relationships with, even if that wasn't what we had wanted. Rates provided by the Indagare team were inaccurate and we had to do the research to correct numerous (and costly) errors throughout the whole process. The representatives took forever to respond to emails (over a week of wait time was typical). We did not receive any additional amenities and most importantly, Indagare BOOKED US AT THE WRONG HOTEL at a nonrefundable rate which we only realized on our way to the airport. We specified countless times the hotel we wanted to stay at and Indagare took our money and spent it without our permission at a hotel because they would receive a larger kickback than from the one we had requested. Indagare did not create a customized trip and really ended up adding so much extra stress and disappointment during what is supposed to be the happiest time of our lives. Indagare did nothing to make up for their wrongdoings and let us know that they did not care that they did not hold up their end of the bargain. PLEASE do not use Indagare.
