Was an absolutely amazing and beautiful trip. From our initial communication with San Juan Safaris was very positive and useful. The difference between this company and others: The boat is faster than the others and brand new too, so will cover more ground. Went on the trip on April 30th and other whale watch companies admit they didn't get to see the hump backs because didn't have as fast a boat as ours. The travel is very smooth as there is no sea sickness and they obey the laws to protect the whales and other cetaceans we saw in the wild. Yes we saw many orcas in the wild which is an experience far more educational and exciting than seeing them in captivity performing against their will in a circus act. We will definitely go back to Friday Harbor and goto sea with San Juan Safaris, God willing.
