I attend the Interview for Software Tester QA position. I clear Technical and Techno Managerial Round after few days HR call me and ask my expectation, after another few days he offer me (--------- Rs) salary, i ask him can i expect (-------- Rs) which was some thousand Rs more than what he offer, he said i will think, when 2 days pass i call him and ask about the decision he replay i will tell you in next month i shocked, 10 year experience HR has even no right to take few Rs decision, he can say no it will better than what he ans.
After many days i call 2 3 time to counsultancy she said your profile is on hold, It was worsed negotiation process I experience, is company has no budget or if company has budget then HR should inform that we can not offer but they even not inform nor take any decision. Then why they call me and offer on phone dont know.
Conclusion : I feel technical person who take interview is good and cooprative but company has no good behaviour quality, as per talking with HR it shows that what we (company) say is final you have to accept it otherwise you will not consider, no scope to discussion, its not proffesionality of company.
It shows company is not decision making.
