Lab technician is extremely rude and I was told I would have lab results by a certain date and my primary doctor hasn't even received my lab work. I don't understand why there is a need to be extremely rude when I only speak to her with respect. I'm avoiding returning at all costs.

Update: It has been over a month since I was prescribed a medication, and was told that I would be contacted when it was ready. I don't think it takes a month to get back to someone. I've just had an overall negative experience here.
