I love living here. The area is phenomenal and so is the front office staff. Angelique and Ed always go above and beyond for Aspen (my fur baby) and me. Angelique and Ed are attentive and accommodating. They make you feel welcomed to the Avalon Community and create events where residents can meet and mingle with one another. The maintenance team is terrific as well. I entered a ticket at noon and by the time I got home at 4:45 pm the issue was resolved.

The area is a fantastic dog-friendly community with tons of trails that you can take your pup for walks, or even set up a playdate with other dogs that live in the building. Aspen loves living here so much that he has to stop by the front office to say hi every time he goes out for a walk.
