Horrible service, technicians spent 14 minutes for...

Horrible service, technicians spent 14 minutes for a 2 hour service and never advised me when they came in the house.
Also sent me screenshots with addresses of other customers and their residences, that is against the privacy and confidentiality act of I'm not wrong.
Don't go with this guys, lazy service and Dodgy!!!!
