The care they provide to patients needs to be improved quickly. The nurses speak in an unfriendly way. They treat patients with little respect. They tell patients to do everything themselves. These things happened to my mother in the hospital in ward 3 North. My mom had major surgery and it took 3 and a half hours and yet they ordered her to do everything herself, ordered her to bathe and go out and walk and unload the bags hanging from her own body. I have filed a complaint and I have spoken to the department head, but it is useless. The head of the department defends her nurses herself, but I'm not stopping that.
