Went for the 10 course taster menu at chef's table. You get a glass of champagne and reserved seat in the bar to kick things off. Once ready we were taken through and introduced to Sous chef James. The experience of seeing the kitchen in action was great, James was generous with his time in answering the many questions we had. The food was amazing and paired wines well selected. The only small negative was that the portions were too big , but James explained it was a new menu and welcomed the feedback. All in all, a great evening and would highly recommend.
