Been with this company for going on 9 years. Staff is nice and friendly. I've seen a big turn over as far as staffing is concerned. It's difficult at times to get vacation. There's times you work very long shifts. You cannot leave site for lunch. You are required to be on your feet long periods of time. There's no room for advancement. At times you don't feel appreciated for what you do. No awards given, no perks. I enjoy my managers. They have been there for me and checked on me when I was in the hospital. They care about the employees. Overall a good company.
