After losing 2 1/2 hours of my life trying to deal with your call center which was worse than calling Comcast, I give up. When there is a "difficult" question, your awful call center automatically transfers you to the beginning of the call tree after 30 minutes of hold if they are calling over to technical support to fix your account. This happened to me THREE TIMES. Of all the millions you people make, you need to do something about this. Seriously worse than Comcast.
I tried to reactivate BBOD. I cancelled after the quarter because I wasn't using it. Apparently the account went "inactive" and when trying to pay to start up again it kept looping to my payment over and over again. An hour and a half on the phone and nobody could get it working and I kept getting sent to the beginning of the call tree again after 30 min.
Sick to death of this and wanting to get back to my life, I simply created a new account and paid with a different credit card.
At this point all I want is for them to transfer my purchases and I've spent hundreds with BeachBody and have a big spending potential if I stick with them. But after this?
This was so awful if there was someone else who provided the service I would have changed to them in a heartbeat. I think the only way to make this right would be a bag of Shakeology but that still wont get the day I spent on the phone being bounced every which way and still no resolution back.
