I got a call from Anson Jones on Thursday saying to come in on Saturday that he's able to make a new contract so I said I would come. I come today (Saturday 1/30/2021) and he said he can take off the add ons that were on my contract but the total amount still came out to about $38k. I asked Anson what was the MSRP because before going, I had done the math and the total financed with TTL should have been around $34k. So Anson tries to tell me that the MSRP on the car is around $31k and "these numbers can't be fudged." As seen in my previous reviews with the same name, I initially was offered $29500 MSRP by Shawn Nawaz. $500 off because I am an essential worker. On the contract that I had to wait to get home to pull up on my computer, the MSRP was $32930. How could the numbers be "fudged" on my contract showing the MSRP at $32930, but not on the paper showing $31k today?????? When I asked then why would your employee give me the $29500 price if it wasn't true, he couldn't explain. So while I got up and walked away, Anson said "expect a bill." So I wasted a total of 7 days going back and forth with this keating toyota group. They will take advantage of you especially if you're a hispanic woman going in there alone.
