These people advertise great deals everywhere which is great and when you call the receptionist is very nice. When it comes to sales people though they really dont seem very interested in selling cars. I called about a truck which Matt said he'd check into for me and call me back within a couple hours. The next day I was still waiting so I left a message for him. Another few hours went by I called back and I believe Jordan his "helper" answered and said the truck I wanted isnt even in their inventory anymore its been sold for a week. You'd think He'd call back and tell me that and give me some other options on tucks or tell me they dont have anything else and keep my info in case they get something I'd like. I called again this morning because I saw a different truck I liked in a book from them. Left a message and finally 4-5 hours later got a call back I asked them to hold on a second when I answered I literally put them on hold for maybe 15 seconds and they hung up on me and didnt call back. This to me speaks volumes about what kind of service and care they show towards their customers and based on other reviews Im not the only person thats less than satisfied.
