After a few emails with White Flower Farm Customer Service and the Horticulturist, they just contacted me and gave me full credit for the flowers to redeem in the future.

Received a gift of peonies in November, after 1st frost and too late to plant. As the rep stated in a response to a previous review, the peonies need ample time to be established before winter. However, in my case customer service only offered a 5 dollar discount on a future purchase. No thanks!
