Terrible! Filled my order wrong, only sent DVD's ...

Terrible! Filled my order wrong, only sent DVD's and I ordered a thumb drive. I returned the order January 4th. Today is April 10th and I still do not have that order. Terrible customer service, hard to get answers. Implied they couldn't find my order by asking me what the box looked like that I mailed it back in. I could go on and on about how much I regret ever doing business this company.
