I have not even received my couch and loveseat and I will never use Lazyboy again. It has already been 13 weeks since I ordered. I learned today it will be another 4-6 weeks. They have not apologized. They just blame the backordered material. I should have been offered the opportunity to choose a different material weeks ago. I spoke to the manager of the Kitchener store. He didn't care. He was extremely patronizing. The sales person didn't follow up with me when he said he would. Once he had my money he was finished with me. Run as fast as you can from this store. It does not even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give them.
Note to the lazyboy person reading this complaint. Do not bother to send me your standard response which I have read on all of these negative reviews telling me you are sorry and suggesting I contact you if I have further comment. Patronizing and useless
