BUYERS BEWARE of this very shady organization. Poor quality work and will refuse to fix or they will give you a hassle about correcting anything. They ll drag it out until closing and then charges the additional per day fee (which can be costly) if you refuse to close due to deficiencies. I would recommend to get everything in writing but even then it s a hassle. I wouldn t recommend this organization to my worst enemy and I m not exaggerating. I don t have many regrets but I can assure you that doing business with Grayhawk is one of them. Also, all the other complaints about landscaping are completely true and one of the issues that I am having as well.
