If it had zero stars I would give it to them. Unacceptable service, behave like emperors.
They are late, they do not answer the phones or if you manage to pick it up they refer you to another employee. Who usually does not answer the phone and all is well.
No responsibility, no effort to deliver on their promises, no control.
Wages to fall and everything else is irrelevant.
