First time and last time taking a call for a job interview with FishRecruit. My review goes directly to the recruiters.
If you are going to interview someone for a management position, please ask more than one question. Do not come up with a conclusion about the persons experience or knowledge about an specific industry without providing them with the proper time to bring forward what they can offer. Specially when asking just one question.
My time and anyone s time is money. Do not schedule interviews if you are not willing to listen and can not propose a position base on relevant experience for the individuals.

I ve been head hunted for several positions throughout my career and your company needs to step up to be at a respectable level.
