We had a new water heater put in by Chris the technician. He arrived, told us what we needed, gave us the estimate and put the new water heater in. He also cleaned up everything and didn't leave a mess; I appreciated that. Chris is a nice young man, a professional and very pleasant. Will call The Waterworks company in the future if need be. Thanks again Chris for doing such a great job and thanks to The Waterworks company too for sending Chris! :O)
