Dupree is fine for indoor work, but don't use them for anything outdoors. They use contract crews and don't supervise them. We had a leak outside and they sent the contractors over to look at it. I'm not sure if they didn't know what they were doing or if they just wanted the work, but they looked at it for a few minutes and told us we had a leak in the water line running under our driveway. They put in a new water line, but didn't turn on the water before leaving. Sure enough, once we turned it on, we still had a leak. Turns out it was our irrigation system, not the plumbing. Dupree only gave us $1500 out of the $3500 we spent. Basically, they stuck us with $2000 for something we never needed in the first place.
