I attended a virtual class this week and really enjoyed the experience. I've attended in-person classes at other cooking schools and the virtual experience was in some ways better. I got to use my own utensils and kitchen which made me more comfortable with the recipe. I also got to serve the entire creation and keep the leftovers which was a plus.
The instructor for our class did a good job of keeping everyone on-track and checked in with us continuously to ensure everyone was keeping up and to answer questions. The end result was a delicious dish that I'll be making again. The value of the class was outstanding, less than 1/5 of what I've typically paid for an in-person class elsewhere.
