Stay was great. However upon checking out, was told all charges to room were taken care of (usually taken from monthly rewards dollars offer and if that doesn't cover the whole balance then comps can be used and if that also doesn't cover it then it goes on other methods of payment such as credit, cash...) just to find said charges on credit card. Contacted front desk to clear charges, on hold for 25 mins to be told they couldn't find my reservation confirmation #. Then was told to contact billing and got in contact with Jody and she was wonderful and was able to reverse the charges but it was taken from my comps instead of my monthly rewards dollars. How much trouble do I need to go through to get this right? You will never have my business again.
