Incompetent! My daughter has been waiting 9 months...

Incompetent! My daughter has been waiting 9 months to hear from the embassy regarding her visa move there with her husband. While the people at the embassy were nice enough, someone screwed up horribly. THEY NEVER SENT HER PAPERWORK TO SWEDEN FOR REVIEW. Now she has to wait another 3-5 months? This is a horrible. The inadequacy of this establishment needs to be looked into to prevent this from happening ever again.
