For an airport for a cosmopolitan city like Hamburg, it is an indictment if the restaurants and cafes are open at 8 pm or even though there are plenty of flights until midnight. After the security check, you no longer have the option to search for an alternative. If you have another two hours until the flight is over and you do not get anything, I find that really sad.
