I primarily booked this property because I found it on Hotwire for an extremely good price of $261 plus taxes. The breakfast buffet was excellent and and and the and the and the common and the common and the common areas and the common areas are and the common areas are and the common areas are nice and the common areas are nice and the common areas are nice although there seems to be absolutely no air conditioning in the lobby check-in or executive Lounge area. The shuttle to and from San Marco Square seem to run on time and it takes about 10 minutes each way. We complain to twice about a horrible sewer smell in our bathroom once for maintenance and the second time to a supervisor and it was never resolved. Not surprisingly when we checked out and complained they did absolutely nothing in terms of points or an adjustment to our bill. This is why I stay at Starwood Hotels.
