Okay so here's my experience. I come into the ER by ambulance. A dog bite case and pretty bad at that. My arm and my leg are chewed up. They put me in a room-more like a closet. No TV, no nurse call button this was 10am. I laid there all day. No one offered anything to eat or drink. The staff had no personality. Not friendly, not talkative. I was there until 5pm. Only meds for pain a couple hours into my stay. I was crying. Very bad experience. Everyone around me had something to eat. They were so cold and uncaring.
