Bad infrastructure and bad attitude by the hotel staff towards their guests . Not suitable for families and specially couples . Unable to handle the rudeness regarding families , senior citizens and specially children's . May also don't provide any extra cutlery with the food ordered by the room service . Unconvincing with the hotel mangers behaviour .
