I called Wisteria a few weeks ago to order a silk flower arrangement for a friend that was in a car accident. I specifically told the woman on the phone what I wanted for her as I knew the colors she loved. The flower arrangement was nothing what I had ordered and I was so disappointed. I called to complain, being very polite about it and was told I would get a call back after she talked to the manager. No call....I will never order from this florist again as apparently they do not care about their customer service. I paid $124 for this flower piece
