For such a major BMW dealership, I can't seem to be able to reach anyone by phone directly, even during business hours; instead, I always get the automated system asking to leave a message and a call will be returned...no matter what option I choose (Sales, Service or Parts).

I can see the way it works for a used car lot, but I think it is pitiful for a BMW dealership to operate this way and I hope they will change their customer service way...at least in this matter of handling phone calls.
