I absolutely love Chapman BMW. When I bought my BMW in Dec 2020 I was literally in and out with in an hour. No hassles no nothing. I just dropped the same BMW for service. They called me to remind me it needed service which I love, drop off was hassle free they already had a loaner vehicle for me and it was a 2021 BMW! Love it!! I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else!
