Have used ePC 3 times, with every one positive. Excellent work, fair pricing, and most importantly, honesty I can trust. Ironically I've won industry awards in customer service SW as I do some work in that sector. I know the value of trustworthy customer service. They could have told me pretty much anything as I'm not a HW expert, but the very first time when I needed to replace a burned hard drive, they tried to first find a discounted one on sites before buying a brand new one. Then they recovered 90+% of my burned hard drive, much more than I expected. They worked very hard on it, and I knew from that point that I could trust this group. Similar performance on my next 2 jobs over 2+ years. I plan to keep using them and would strongly recommend to others.
