8 Days before a tech could arrive and another 15 days to get the part and return. Not worth it

UPDATE: Needed service again for A/C and automated phone system is the only way to book appointment. The system would not recognize me and it took half the day to find a human. When I got one (online) they said they would not be able to fix A/C today as they were all booked. I cannot say anything good about you guys at this point.
