I really think the previous reviews aren t true, but this company needs real direction from real management. Everyone is overworked and underpaid based on the hours expected to work especially on weekends. This company really takes advantage of the fact that employees are salary. There were many past employees that quit due to poor management decisions from implementation (program management) and sustenance (account management). Politics are a factor so it s hard to trust anyone and the work culture is definitely not genuine. Employees here like to build experience within a year and leave to a far better company. It s a good starter job, but not a career. Upper management (executives) also likes to be involved within departments for specific decisions (micromanagement) too much. Looking over an employee s shoulder for performance is very common (time cards are strict).
