HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR THIS COMPANY! My partner and I have been charged a fortune for months where we do not consume anything, and when making a claim they take months "creating a file", passing you to various departments without giving you any response. We spent hours waiting, they did not inform us at all of the status of our incident and without talking about how much. I don't know what else to call the fact that they charge you for something you don't consume other than SCAM. Besides being very expensive, they are also lousy at managing their services. I do not give less stars because they do not allow me! I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM OR TO MY WORST ENEMY.
