I have lived in my unit for about a year now and other than water issues, 512 was actually pretty good. Management has been great and maintenance has been really quick in taking care of the problems that occur. Just recently I had Philip help take care of an issue in my unit and he was done fixing it within an hour. Everything has been great given this is the first time I have lived off campus from UT.
