I tried to buy a dishwasher and refrigerator on Monclick, but it seems to be an impossible task! Twice a month later they accepted payment and then canceled the dishwasher order (in the meantime, they take time for a refund ...).
I had also phoned to ask for availability, since the site is not true, and they told me not to worry.
In addition, since 29 November, now almost a month ago, I have been waiting for the refrigerator (order YA19121915), but even after my requests, to date, nothing has arrived yet. The customer service is very difficult to contact and is active only in the morning, weekends excluded. I bought the dishwasher from Unieuro and after 5 days I have already obtained it! Never again Monclick. You have lost a customer!
