Took my fiance to the emergency room early one morning because she woke up with extreme abdominal pain and was worried it was her appendix. We were admitted very quickly and she was looked at right away which was great. We ended up waiting for the doctor (Ismail M.D.) for quite some time and when he finally did come he was in there for a total of 2 minutes just to tell her that she was constipated. All the while being extremely condescending. Now we have an $800 bill just for the 2 minute doctor visit and Skyridge is demanding we pay out of pocket because they're refusing out of sate insurance. They gave us two weeks to pay. This is absurd and shouldn't even be an issue. Accept the damn insurance, they'll pay it, that's what it's there for. Ismail can wait. Can't express how infuriated I am over this.
