I called these guys to resolve a debt. The number they wanted to resolve for was much higher than the original debt (original debt was about $300, they wanted about $550). I asked for a settlement amount. They offered $20 off, I said no thanks. Since I said no thanks, they started calling me names and tried to guilt trip me for not paying the debt. The guy wouldn't let me talk anymore, and just kept going on about how bad I am. I settled 3 debts this month before contacting these guys, and the other agencies were extremely easy to work with. This company I won't be dealing with. I will wait until this debt gets transferred to another collector.
