I was looking to book for several ocassions starting with this Friday, before I started booking my company dates for the convention center. The lady on the phone (on 23 August at 10:30) was very rude. After she explained that the military rate was more expensive than regular rate, I said that it was cheaper on Priceline. She said, k, bye and hung up on me. If this is the frontline of service for this hotel, no thanks...
