Embarrassingly terrible service, bordering on criminal. I've taken a car there twice for recall work. The first time they 'discovered' an oil leak, which is odd given that there are no oil spots where I park my car, and my car consumes no oil. Where was this oil leaking to? Back into the oil pan where it belongs? Further, after getting my car back, within 50 miles, my oil light comes on. So they "fix" my car, and then can't add the proper amount of oil once they do an oil change.
The second time I bring it in for recall service, they call to inform me that I need software updates and some bulbs are burned out. I decline since bulbs are easy enough to replace on my own. Except after getting my vehicle back, I find that no bulbs anywhere on my vehicle are actually burned out. I'm curious, were they planning to change out working bulbs? Or were they going to charge me for work they'd never do in the first place? Makes me wonder what the hell they did to fix my oil leak.
