Been there a few times for shorter trips and they were great.
Decided on a whole day trip this time and we got a terrible double kayak. The back compartment would fill up with water every 10-15 minutes. Had to stop and pump it out every so often. Plus i had to sit in a pool of water the whole day. The drag and extra weight made us very slow compared to the other group members.
It really ruined the day!
Told the staff but they didn't care.
