Ms. Rosalin from iNurture repeatedly followed up to get 3 interns from Sharda University placed at our organization. Not only did two of the interns (Vikrant Chauhan & Anand Thakur) started holding out meetings with our staff on their first day at work to campaign against the working hours of the company. Vikrant Chauhan even went to the extent of threatening the management via Watsapp. I was assuming that a university like Sharda and a human resource organization of the likes of iNurture would look into screening their students before sending them to join an organization and we've been shocked at the audacity of the students and the unprofessional ism on the end of iNurture. Later, on a formal complaint, the students were debarred (from placements only) and no strong action seem to have taken against them. As an agency, we suffered multiple resignations from our existing, on payroll staff about the negative work atmosphere the interns created. While Sharda sent in basic emails saying sorry's they didn't really mean, iNurture was cold enough to just leave it with a "we don't have words" kind of statement. We are only left to wonder about the kind of talent Sharda University and iNurture are rolling out! Speechless!
