The hotel itself is set within a nice location but that is all. Arrived at 3:30pm for a 2pm check in to be told room is not ready due to staff shortage which is not the end of the world but when we asked for our afternoon tea which was included in the deal we were told there are no chefs available to make it and would we mind waiting until the Sunday to have it which in the end never happen as none of the staff knew what was going on. Rooms are run down and need some attention and beds are terribly uncomfortably. Very unsatisfied guests.
