The concept would be great if they were truthful about what they are selling green light. The arbitration policy is horrible. They green light cars with bad engines, bad transmissions, frame rot etc. Every car we purchased under green light was a total money pit. Do yourself a favor and stick to traditional local auctions or dealerships. If you want to buy green light cars thinking you are safe and they will take care of you FORGET ABOUT IT!!!!
UPDATED THE REVIEW. THEY ARE DOING BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT STILL HAVE A WAYS TO GO WITH THE GREEN LIGHT ISSUES.
