I had a gas leak and broken valve in my radiator in the middle of January. I called management for a week constantly and did not get in touch with anyone this entire time. My apartment reeked of gas and was blowing steam like a sauna from my radiator, forcing me to book a hotel room for my dog and I. After a week upon returning to the apartment I called the fire department. Then I left a review with photos on Yelp and got a response from the peak property manager instantly. And yes this was the first time someone reached back to me about the issues. After many months of being asked to remove my review I continued refusing to remove or change it (people deserve to know especially tenants with kids and pets). I was told that my unit was going to be remodeled and would be uninhabitable so I could NOT renew my lease. But I was getting daily phone calls from peak property realtors asking me my availability to show my apartment. Just avoid these horrible people. UPDATE: I never emailed these people thanking them once! That's complete BS and only shows even more how horrible these people are!
