Kannika is very helpful and amazing at what she does! I have reached out to her twice in the past 3 years. Loved the properties she has shown me. Only reason for leaving the first place after 3 years was I needed a bigger flooplan. Both times were a breeze. I was approved same day both times. She is very knowledgeable about what properties have exactly what you are looking for and who will work with your current situation. Would recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment. 5 out of 5 stars! Will continue to use her for apt locating in the future. Thanks Kannika!!
