Trying to get an order picked up from them is always a nightmare. We have called them MULTIPLE times to remove fuel surcharges for items that were picked up instead of delivered. Not only that, but we have sent our driver out of their way to pick-up an order and they end up delivering to us anyway. Wasting our time, our drivers time and their own time. This has happened way too many times and no matter how many times we stress it is for PICK-UP they don't ever seem to get the picture. I can't speak to the product itself though as I don't directly work with it. Simply an administrators headache.
