Travis, Clint, and Cameron just saved my husband's life (partially) by coming over and solving some issues (self-inflicted to be clear), but they saved the day nonetheless. Noise issue, dirty, and our Aquanaut not working. Thank you for coming over, cleaning the filters, testing to make sure there were no other possible issues, and shocking the heck out of my pool so that we can be back in business and can enjoy our beautiful pool that was built with Klapprodt a little over a year ago. I cannot say enough about this company. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know a lot of pool builders. But it is one thing to build one and another to build one and still be reliable after the project is done. These guys, and this company, have been there without hesitation or question. Perception is reality when it comes to customer service! And the reality is that I will never have to worry when I need something when it comes to my pool! Thank you!
