It's very informative if you are really interested. The guided tour starts with an airport kind of security screening. Then stand on the world longest escalator, I think, from the ground floor all the way up to globe, maybe 8th floor. Then take some group photos and sit inside a room for a short film about the control room. Then enter to another illustrative news room to demonstrate how people make the news room work. After that there are some walks to the outside of different rooms and offices. You can't enter any real broadcast rooms. Just stand outside and look through the glass. The tour ends up with another short video. There is a hug CNN sign outside of the building that you have to take some photos with.
