I recently ended up with a serious malware problem in my computer. My password had been corrupted and I could not access the system to do a scan and virus removal. After performing a disc erase, there were problems connecting to digital forms of the new operating system.Rather than getting a disc and trying to do the install myself, I visited Friendly Computers to see if they could help. In less than 24 hours Sam, at the north side store had my new system installed. He even helped me install anti-virus software and run a sweep of the system after I had restored some of my files.Very friendly and prompt service. I hope I don't have problems in the future, but if I do, you know where I am going to go.
